Master the art of coffee making, including brewing techniques, espresso-based drinks, and customer service skills. Participants will also learn how to operate coffee machines, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment in a café setting.
Develop baking skills by learning how to prepare a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts. Participants will gain hands-on experience in kitchen safety, measuring ingredients, and managing time effectively during production.
Explore the fundamentals of design using software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Participants will create projects such as logos, posters, and merchandise (e.g., calendars and t-shirts), learning about layout, typography, and color theory along the way.
Budgeting, managing bank accounts, paying bills, and responsible spending.
